This tool checks for various problems including security vulnerabilities, file fragmentation, internet clutter, Registry problems, spyware, invalid uninstallers, start-up bottlenecks and more. The results are marked as passes or fails, but there's no additional information available and, tellingly, the only recommended solution is to buy iolo's System Mechanic 7.
